The HD Fowler Bremerton project involved constructing a new 17,000 square foot warehouse and office facility as well as a 4,500 square foot storage building. The office area spans 7,000 square feet across two levels, with the pre-engineered warehouse spanning 10,000 square feet. Site developments were made across an 8 acre area, featuring paving, landscaping, concrete flatwork, fencing, and a septic system. Public road frontage enhancements were also made to ensure the facility’s functionality with the surrounding infrastructure.
