Civil Site Development

The Project Hawk project involved the development of an 88,000 square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse. Working alongside the general contractor, our scope of work consisted of the civil work for the 26-acre site, including extensive earthwork, and installing 9,000 linear feet of utility installation. Our self-perform crews also executed the concrete work, including the slab-on-grade, footings, and walls. This phase covered 46,000 square feet of site concrete, utilizing approximately 3,000 cubic yards of material.
