Salmon Creek Treatment Plant Phase 5A: Package 2 – Columbia River Effluent Pipeline

After years of strategic planning, initial budgeting in 2017, and the successful completion of Phase 5A Project Package 1, Tapani secured the Phase 5A: Package 2 project at the Salmon Creek Treatment Plant. This project involved the collaborative re-design and construction of approximately 6,160 linear feet of 48 inch effluent pipeline, featuring a bored crossing of the BNSF railroad, two river crossings (Salmon Creek and Lake River), and connections to both the existing effluent pump station and the effluent pipe at Lower River Road, requiring highly complex bypass systems, pipe bedding material, and all other work detailed in the Contract Plans and Specifications.
