Process Water Reuse Facility Phase 2: Winter Storage

The PWRF Winter Storage project provided the City of Pasco with three lagoons that have the ability for 329 million gallons of storage. This consisted of clearing and grubbing 200 acres, hauling 1.3 million cubic yards of soil, the construction of the lagoons, the installation of embankment drains and HDPE gravity and force mains as well as the modification of an irrigation pump station.
