One26 Vista is a nine-building, 238-unit garden-style community in Vancouver, WA, featuring modern dwelling units and a central clubhouse with a fitness center, co-working lounge, pool, and spa. Tapani delivered the project through phased turnover logistics and seamless coordination between self-perform crews and subcontractor partners. Self-performed scopes included deep utilities, a bore beneath the major arterial 72nd Avenue, concrete foundations, and the complete sitework package, contributing to completion seven months ahead of schedule.
