Majestic Industrial Center is a 24,094 SF concrete tilt-up industrial building designed for flexible warehouse and office use. Through a collaborative design-assist approach, Tapani worked closely with the owner and project team to refine the building’s design for constructability, efficiency, and long-term performance. The project features high-clearance warehouse space, maintenance bays, clear-span interiors, and flexible layouts to support a variety of industrial operations. Tapani’s self-perform expertise in structural concrete and steel fabrication and erection helped bring the owner’s vision to life, including a modern office that incorporates Owner’s salvaged materials for a distinctive finish.
