Civil Site Development

This 33-lot subdivision transformed a nine-acre site into a fully developed residential community. The project included mass grading, underground utility installation, stormwater infrastructure, roadway and sidewalk construction, and frontage improvements. Midway through construction, more than 10,000 square feet of retaining walls were added, requiring rapid coordination and design integration. Through strong collaboration and efficient execution, the team successfully delivered a high-quality neighborhood ahead of schedule ready for future residents.
