Civil Site Development

Tapani delivered a 164-lot residential subdivision in Battle Ground, Washington, featuring a new right-in/right-out interchange on Highway 503 to improve access and traffic flow. The project included earthwork, installation of more than 21,000 linear feet of underground utilities, 69 manholes and catch basins, and 190,000 square feet of concrete and asphalt hardscapes. Tapani also completed the dry utilities package, providing the critical infrastructure needed to support a growing residential community.
