Civil Site Development

The Ridgefield Goodwill Donation & Retail Center project transformed a former RV park into a new commercial development in Ridgefield, Washington. Tapani completed demolition, building pad construction, onsite fill placement, utilities, and full civil site development. Work also included right-of-way improvements along S. 65th Avenue and new sanitary sewer services to surrounding commercial lots, helping prepare the property for future development.
