Tapani worked with the client throughout the purchasing and construction process of this design-build project, helping evaluate and select the land as well as performing the sitework and construction of the building. Groveside Village offers a total of 22 units separated into two three-story buildings, each including two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large kitchen along with a storage unit off of the balcony.
