The Oliveen Apartments offer a modern, luxurious living experience to the Camas community. Tapani constructed this 264-unit complex, with an outdoor pool, community patio, fitness center, and a 84,000 square foot parking lot. Serving as the design-builder, Tapani went through multiple rounds of design recommendations, value engineering options, and budgeting to achieve the best value and quality for the owner, resulting in approximately $450,000 in cost savings for the owner, as well as taking several months off the project schedule.
