The Oliveen Apartments offer a modern, luxurious living experience to the Camas community. Tapani constructed this 266-unit complex, with an outdoor pool, community patio, fitness center, and a 84,000 square foot parking lot. Serving as the CM/GC, Tapani Inc. collaborated closely with our client through multiple rounds of design recommendations, value engineering options, and meticulous budgeting. Our efforts resulted in significant cost savings and reduced the schedule by several months, ensuring the best value and quality for our client.
