Civil Site Development

The HCRH State Trail project included the construction of approximately 1.5 miles of a pedestrian trail that meanders along the Historic Columbia River State Highway, passes Hole in the Wall Falls, and crosses Warren and Wonder Creeks. Designed to connect future phases of the trail system, the project accomplished the construction of an 80-foot prestressed arch girder bridge over Moffett Creek for pedestrian and cyclist use.
