Civil Site Development

The Franklin Elementary school addition, totaling 13,000 square feet, was necessary to eliminate the portable classrooms being used to house students as interest in the school grew. Tapani partnered with Vancouver Public Schools and Bassetti Architects to construct two additions, consisting of nine new classrooms, as well as remodeling the current classrooms, adding bathrooms, and upgrading the HVAC, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems.
