Keller Farms Wetland Mitigation Bank

The Keller Farm Wetland Mitigation Bank project transformed the property into a wetland. This work included operating within in-water work windows to complete over 60,500 cubic yards of excavation and 2.4 million square feet of grading. The project re-established off-channel rearing areas, refuge zones, floodplain areas, and buffers. Additional efforts involved removing culverts, constructing 35 floodplain stream riffles, erecting 14 perch poles, placing 50 habitat logs, and building 10 Large Woody Debris (LWD) structures.
