Civil Site Development

The Midway Logistics Center, located in Centralia, WA, consisted of the civil site development of a 16 acre commercial development for the general contractor Cornice Construction. This included earthwork for a 224,000 SF tilt up building, associated utilities, frontage improvements, large structural concrete pit construction, railway spur extension, and 20+ foot deep 36″ diameter sewer with heavy groundwater infiltration. Throughout the project, we partnered with Cornice Construction to value engineer multiple scopes of work including the dewatering system, CDF backfill, structural concrete pit construction, and traffic safety management.
