The Alena Apartments, scheduled for completion in September 2023, are located in Vancouver, Washington. Consisting of six three-story buildings, the apartment complex will feature a total of 150 units. This garden-style complex also includes additional facilities like a clubhouse, four 10’x10’ storage garages, 16 10’x5’ storage units, and work-from-home offices. The construction of this project aims to address the pressing housing demands within the community, fulfilling the crucial residential needs.
