Civil Site Development

In partnership with Lennar, Tapani worked as the general contractor for the three-phase development project spanning across a 37 acre lot. The first phase involved the creation of a 46 lot subdivision as well as frontage improvements. Site work for this phase included excavation, placement of fill, the installation of 18,850 linear feet of pipe, the construction of manholes, retaining walls, and the application of asphalt and concrete. In order to accelerate the schedule, the project team proposed doing all earthwork activities in one summer, which led to Tapani being awarded the contracts for Phases 2 and 3, which totaled 113 lots altogether.
