Buildings

The purpose of this project was to construct a new 8,420 square-foot Operations Center, an 8,000 square-foot covered storage and decant facility, and remodel the existing administration and maintenance buildings. The new operations building consists of offices, conference/training room, break room and a covered courtyard. The project also included additional employee parking areas and improvements to NE 52nd Court at Padden Parkway.
