Columbia River Barge Terminal Rail Access

The Columbia River Barge Terminal Rail Access project provided crucial rail infrastructure for the Port of Morrow, linking four barge terminals for smoother cargo flow and improved logistics. The pre-cast concrete bridge spans 123 feet in length and 48 feet in width, with cast-in-place rails and a safety fence for secure train and vehicle access. Supported by 50,000 square feet of MSE retaining walls, the bridge is built for lasting stability. The project also included 4,000 feet of roadway improvements and resurfacing.
