Civil Site Development

Located in Covington, WA, the Covington Community Park Project modified an existing wetland site to include a vibrant play space for the City of Covington and the surrounding communities. Civil construction included providing 2.5 acres of wetland mitigation area with two biofiltration cells. Construction of the park included building a tennis court, synthetic turf exercise and play areas, several picnic and barbeque shelters, a concessions building, bathroom building, and a parking lot big enough to service the new park and provide additional parking for a soccer field.
