Located in Clark County, the Fieldstone Estates project transformed 40 acres of farmland into a 116 lot subdivision. This project included demolishing the existing building and barns, stripping and stockpiling 35,500 cubic yards of material, and excavating and embanking 162,000 cubic yards of material. New infrastructure included the construction of 163,000 square feet of internal roads, 16,350 feet of curbs, and 29,300 square feet of new sidewalks. Our team also constructed over 33,400 feet of new water, storm, and sewer utility systems – with pipe sizes ranging from 2-18” and installed at depths ranging from 4-20 feet deep. Included in the new sewer system was a 20 foot deep sewer pump station and the decommissioning of an existing cow manure lagoon.
