Civil Site Development

Located within a dense urban area in the city of Kennewick, the 27 acre Fountain Hills residential subdivision was completed in just 90 days. Our crews installed over three miles of domestic water line, sanitary sewer, storm drainage systems, and dry utility conduit. A total of 110 building lots with dramatic elevation changes were raised, lowered, and fine graded. Our trade partners paved out residential streets and a traffic control roundabout, and a thousand foot long boulder retaining wall was installed along portions of the project. Because of the dry conditions, 3 full time water trucks and millions of gallons of water were needed to keep the dust down.
