Tapani transformed a 14-acre site into a 72-lot residential subdivision through extensive earthwork, utility installation, and infrastructure development. The project included more than 97,000 cubic yards of grading, over 12,000 linear feet of underground utilities, and 53 manholes and catch basins. Crews also constructed 129,000 square feet of concrete and asphalt roadways and hardscapes.
