Located in Camas, WA, the Grass Valley Fisher project included 15 acres of commercial site development for Fisher Investments. Our crews performed the excavation and embankment of approximately 72,000 cubic yards of material, installed new site utilities and drainage, built a specialized STEF tank system, completed all future building foundation and slab preparation, and managed all site paving and flatwork. Notably, this project’s STEF tank installation included two, 12-foot diameter STEF tanks each providing 50,000 gallons of sanitary storage. Installation of these tanks was completed using a slide rail system with sacrificial bottom beams, creating an open span excavation of approximately 20 feet wide by 72 feet long and 16 feet deep. The project also included improvements to two entrances to the Fisher Campus.
