Utility Infrastructure

The I-84 Logistics Center project consisted of constructing a 165,000 square foot facility for Amazon. With Sierra Construction as the general contractor, our team addressed the civil scope which included sandstone excavation and grading.

This project consisted of 50,000 cubic yards of Concrete Treated Base (CTB) fill, 28,000 cubic yards of sandstone excavation in mass excavation and trenches, 17,000 feet of pipe, 2 large underground stormwater detention systems, 165,000 square feet of building pad grading and 300,000 square feet of parking lot grading.
