Handling an average of 10,000 vehicles daily, the NE Rock Creek Road Intersection project was designed to alleviate congestion on SR 503 and improve safety. Key upgrades included a compact roundabout at Rock Creek Road, enhanced lighting, permanent signage, optimized traffic control measures, and other features to ensure smoother traffic flow.
