Built to provide low-income housing for families in the Camas and Washougal area, the Northside Subdivision project transformed 34 acres of land into a 114-lot residential area with panoramic views of the North mountain range, Columbia River, and Lacamas Lake. As the General Contractor, our team worked closely with Hayward Uskoski & Associates and The Pulte Group to complete the phases ahead of schedule. The project involved moving 190,000 cubic yards of soil, building 23,000 square feet of Allan block walls, laying 18,000 linear feet of pipe, grading 160,000 square feet of roads with 9,000 linear feet of curb, landscaping 85,000 square feet of 2:1 slopes, and installing 16,580 square feet of pedestrian sidewalk. Additionally, we installed a community playground with amenities including benches, trash receptacles, dog waste stations, and a paved pedestrian pathway.
