Civil Site Development

Located on the border of Camas and Washougal, the Northside Subdivision Phase 1 project transformed 34 acres of land into a 114 lot subdivision with views of the North mountain range, Columbia River, and Lacamas Lake. Our team worked with Kingston Homes, New Tradition Homes, and Hayward Uskoski & Associates to provide civil design assistance and construction of each lot.
