The Old Trapper Distribution Warehouse is a 110,000 square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse in Forest Grove, OR. Tapani managed and executed all aspects of the civil work, including site preparation, grading, and drainage, as well as performing all utility installations and concrete work which included the foundation, slab-on-grade, and tilt-up panels.
