Utility Infrastructure

The purpose of the South Market Road Water Improvements project was to create a facility to supply water to the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and surrounding communities. The project consisted of equipping an existing well with a submersible pump and associated accessories, the construction of a well pump station, 10,000 feet of 16 inch water transmission pipeline, and a 750,000 gallon steel water reservoir.
