The Stephens Hillside project turned 27 acres of farmland into an 85-home residential community featuring a private park and public road enhancements. To protect the nearby stream, we used a water filtration system and applied CTB on the roads to prevent erosion. Our key achievement was smoothly coordinating with the crews and existing homeowners of three residences on-site, ensuring their utilities remained undisturbed during significant earthwork.
