Tapani Inc partnered on this design-build project to deliver a 788,845 square foot Processing and Distribution Center and a 29,000-square-foot Vehicle Maintenance Facility for the United States Postal Service. Collaborating with The Korte Company, our team provided a value-engineering solution that optimized surcharge sequencing, reducing costs and installation time for 19,500 linear feet of pipe, 150,000 tons of aggregate, and 130,000 CY of surcharge. Tapani also streamlined utility layouts, cutting pipe quantities through material analysis and efficient design, resulting in significant cost savings.
