The Willapa Center, a 36,866 square foot, three story building, is a mixed use building bringing affordable housing, daycare, and non-profit tenant space to Raymond’s small logging community. One unique aspect of the project was the construction of 133 piles, each 50-55 feet deep, due to unstable ground conditions caused by a high water table.
