Civil Site Development

The Winlock Heights Phase 1 & 2 project was the development of a 84 lot single-family subdivision. Tapani performed all sitework including excavation, fill, 167,000 square feet of road construction, installation of 20,000 linear feet of pipe, as well as manholes, catch basins, storm ponds and a dry utilities package.
