Civil Site Development

Tapani partnered with RSV Building Solutions to construct Columbia Precast Products (CPP’s) new state-of-the-art precast manufacturing facility and new office space. The 20-acre project consisted of building slab/foundation prep for a 60,000-square-foot facility, along with site drainage, site utilities, sidewalks, curbs, asphalt paving, and gravel laydown yards for storage of CPP’s product inventory.
